Current cases include representation in the Texas Supreme Court of the second largest trailer leasing company in the country against its major competitor’s efforts to access proprietary information of the company. In the Southern District of Georgia, the Firm recently obtained preliminary injunctive relief and an ultimate seven-figure settlement in favor of its client against a business co-owner who had converted corporate assets to his personal use.

Lamar, Archer & Cofrin have litigated extensively on behalf of their commercial clients in the Business Court for Fulton County, other trial courts and appellate courts.
